10 Tons Seawater Purification Ship Island Purifier Purifies Water

10 tons/day two-stage reverse osmosis desalination equipment adopts advanced reverse osmosis technology and optimizes system design.

The equipment is designed for special ship applications. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, small footprint, easy installation, strong adaptability, etc. It is suitable for yachts, fishing boats, etc.

The equipment is simple to operate and maintain. It only needs to provide seawater and power supply, and it can produce water when it is turned on. It can effectively remove harmful components such as inorganic salts, heavy metal ions, organic bacteria, pathogenic bacteria in seawater, and desalinate seawater into pure water after two-stage reverse osmosis.

The product model is JC-208, the water output is 0.41m³/hour, the power is 6.24KW, the desalination rate exceeds 99.5%, and the power supply is AC380V/50Hz/three-phase.
The system recovery rate is 30% for the first level and 40% for the second level (depending on the temperature and water quality), the working pressure is ≤6.5Mpa, and the material composition is SUS316 stainless steel.

The applicable scope is 417L/hour water output, which is suitable for 30-50 people.

The equipment has high-pressure unloading and low-pressure shutdown protection functions, equipped with a manual multi-way valve, and cleans the multi-media filter when the pressure difference reaches 0.1MPa.

It is equipped with a reverse osmosis membrane cleaning system to perform physical cleaning, chemical cleaning, and adding protective liquid on the reverse osmosis membrane assembly.

The main accessories include water inlet pump, multi-media filter, precision filter, high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane, membrane

shell, intermediate water tank, cleaning tank and chemical cleaning device.
