6 Ton Seawater Purifier Desalination Machine
This industrial-grade desalination unit efficiently converts seawater into fresh water with a processing capacity of 6 tons per day. Designed for industrial environments and large vessels, the compact unit measures 171cm high × 111cm wide × 62cm long.
Desalination Process
Pretreatment: Removes larger particles including sand, algae, and other contaminants from seawater
Reverse Osmosis (RO): Forces seawater through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure, allowing only water molecules to pass while blocking salts and impurities
Post-treatment: Further purifies reverse osmosis output through disinfection and additional treatment to meet drinking water standards
Energy Recovery: Advanced systems recover energy generated during reverse osmosis to maximize operational efficiency

Complete commercial seawater RO membrane filtration system includes:
• Booster pump
• FRP/Carbon Steel pretreatment tanks (sand filter, activated carbon filter)
• Cartridge filter housing
• Chemical dosing systems
• High pressure pump
• FRP membrane pressure vessel
