Our DI Ultrapure Water Device is specifically designed for electronic optical disc production applications, delivering water quality that meets the stringent requirements of modern manufacturing processes.
Ultrapure Water Equipment System
This advanced system combines pretreatment + reverse osmosis + EDI technology to effectively remove salts, impurities, bacteria, and other contaminants from water. The integrated design features modular installation, low energy consumption, and compact footprint while delivering consistent water quality with resistivity ≥ 18.2MΩ.CM at 25°C.
EDI high purity water equipment serves as the secondary desalination system following reverse osmosis, capable of producing water up to 10-18.2MΩ.CM. The technology utilizes anion and cation membranes in a symmetrical stacked configuration with ion exchange resins, continuously regenerating through water electrolysis under DC voltage to produce consistently high-purity water.
Applications
Widely used in microelectronics, semiconductor manufacturing, power generation, pharmaceutical industries, and laboratories. Also suitable for pharmaceutical distilled water, food and beverage production, power plant boiler makeup water, and various other high purity water applications including surface cleaning, surface coating, electrolysis, chemical processing, and solar photovoltaic industries.
