100T Desalination Water System - 5 Tons Per Hour Production
The 100T desalination water system is a high-efficiency water treatment solution designed to convert seawater or brackish water into fresh drinking water that meets quality standards.
System Overview
This advanced system utilizes reverse osmosis technology with comprehensive pre-treatment including mechanical filtration, activated carbon filtration, and softening exchange. The process effectively removes suspended matter, silt particles, organic colloids, organic matter, odor, residual chlorine, calcium, magnesium, and other impurities. A programmable controller manages the reverse osmosis device for pre-desalination, removing soluble salt substances, bacteria, heat sources, and ensuring finished water quality meets standards.
Water Production Process
Water source flows through a booster pump, manganese sand filter, activated carbon filter, and security filter before entering the reverse osmosis membrane element via a high-pressure pump. The purified water then flows into the pure water tank for distribution to usage points.
